BIOGRAPHY

*Loup uses he/him for the entire plot of the story, but anything after the story ends, she uses she/her pronouns.

CW: Depression, Implied suicidal thoughts, Death. Facing the most difficult part of his life thus far, Loup can't bring himself to do anything. He's dissappointing his parents. He has no friends. He's failing college. A death in his family brings him to the brink. He doesn't leave his bed. He hasn't eaten in a week at least. He starts believing he's sinking into his bed and disappearing from the world as a whole.

Whether it's reality or not, Loup does find himself outside of his realm of understanding, in a world that seems opposite from his own, faced with beings he can't quite explain the appearances of. Eventually he gets noticed by a resident of what he's started referring to as the "Underworld". The resident gives away none of her own personal information, but seems incredibly interested in Loup. Loup, with no care of what happens to him down here, gives the woman any information from him that she wants. The woman decides to help him out, saying that she'll find a way to bring him home. Of course, Loup couldn't care less, but follows along anyway since he's lost and has nothing better to do.

Throughout his time in the Underworld, Loup follows the woman, named Viola, through her realm. He's rather unimpressed after a while, getting bored of the monotone colors, finding it easy to tell people's intentions when their biggest vice is fully on display for anyone to take advantage of. He continues to not care for what Viola tries to tell him about her world, but indulges her in any story she wants to hear of what she refers to as the "Overworld".

Eventually, after a lot of plot stuff that would honestly be a bit boring and mainly about world building, Loup realizes Viola's life is in danger. Viola never got fed up with him and left him to die in the Underworld, so he rescues Viola and manages to drag her up to his realm, back into reality. They regroup there and decide how to attack the problem Viola's facing and Loup realizes that he's finally needed somewhere, by someone.

RELATIONSHIPS

Viola: Loup's first impression of Viola is that she's rather pretentious and overwhelming. He wishes she'd talk clearer, walk slower, and make a bit more sense. However, he feels that he can trust her. He's not sure why, and he's definitely never felt that in someone before, but he goes with his instincts. He blindly follows where Viola leads, not questioning her judgement once. He learns that her pride in herself is well deserved and she's more than the standard two dimensional Underworld dweller. He respects her drive to change the world around her and maybe even falls in love with her???????? Woah....
