BIOGRAPHY

Basically, he vaguely talks badly about the Cardassian government, fucks off when they start getting too upset, and comes back to make more jabs.
While helping rescue Ficus, it's coincidentally also tax season on Cardassia. He gets a hit out on him for tax evasion so he's currently on the run, often hiding out on DS9.


RELATIONSHIPS

Ficus: Childhood friend and the reason for the blood pact he's in. He always knew they'd get into trouble one day, he swears. When they met up as children, they would often hide behind him, so he has a protective instinct when it comes to Ficus.

Hexce: Childhood friend, part of the blood pact. He thinks of Hexce as the "dad" of the friend group the two of them are in. He used to confide in Hexce a lot as kids, but they drifted away after Zalorr started getting in trouble with the Cardassian government. He could never shake the feeling that Hexce was disappointed in him.

P'Kesh: He's very happy he's met her. He's a bit nervous around it because he's not totally sure what all it knows, but he's sure it doesn't mean harm to him or his friends. He empathizes with her feelings of exile from Romulus and Vulcan.
